Privacy Policy
What the Cryptorider service (cryptorider.net) stores about you, where and for how long, who processes it, and how to ask for a copy or for deletion.

This policy covers the Cryptorider service at cryptorider.net.
For anything about your personal data, write to support: the “Tech support” button in the app’s header, or the link below.
Account data
What is stored about your account:
Sign-in
Your email address — or your Telegram ID with your display name, depending on how you sign in.
Plan and activity
Your plan and its end date, the date the account was created, and the time you were last seen.
Staff flags
Admin and chat flags. Only staff accounts have them.
Sessions
For each session: a hashed refresh token with its issue and expiry times (sessions expire after 30 days), and the number of devices.
Settings
Your saved filter and board settings are synced to the server, so they follow your account.
Some preferences — sound, voice, layout — stay only in your browser’s local storage.
Payments
Every payment leaves an order record.
Order record
The plan, the price, the status, the timestamps and the order number.
USDT (TRC-20) payments
Also the transaction hash, the sending address and the receiving address. These are already public: they are on the TRON blockchain.
Optional features
These are stored only if you use the feature.
Telegram alerts
If you connect Telegram, the link between your account and your Telegram is stored, for alerts.
Chat
If you write in the chat, your messages are stored: display name, text and time.
Server logs
Our servers keep request logs that include IP addresses, for security and debugging.
Old entries are overwritten by new ones as the volume grows, not on a schedule; today that means they are kept for only a few days.
Backups
The account database is backed up once a day. 14 daily copies are kept, stored with our hosting provider.
What we do not do
No analytics or tracking scripts. No advertising. No cookies.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who processes data
These parties process data. Exchange APIs receive no user data.

The email service
It delivers the one-time sign-in code to your address when you sign in by email.
Telegram
Only if you connect Telegram or sign in with it.
The TRON blockchain
A public network, used for payments.
How long we keep data, and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists.
To delete your account or get a copy of your data, write to support. The app has no self-serve delete button.
Backup copies are replaced as new ones are made, so a deleted account can remain in the copies for up to 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, and you can object to its processing. Support handles all such requests.
