Questions
Short answers to what people ask before signing up. Everything here can be checked inside the product in a minute.
- How is this different from an ordinary screener?
- An ordinary screener computes indicators over candles: moving-average crosses, RSI, volume per period. This one computes what a candle is made of — the tape of completed trades and the book of resting orders. Walls, sweeps, absorption and spoofs do not exist at candle level at all: by the time a candle has closed, all of it has already happened.
- Do I need an exchange API key?
- No. The product reads only the exchanges’ public streams and trades nothing: it holds no keys, places no orders and never touches your account. The server holds the connections, so nothing is asked of your browser either.
- Which exchanges are supported?
- 14 venues, spot and perpetual futures; the full list with markets is on the Exchanges page. Not all of them stream an L2 book, and the walls board always names whose books it is reading right now.
- Is a card needed for the trial?
- No. 30 days of full access start when you sign in; no card at the beginning and none at the end, and there is nothing to cancel — when it ends, access simply closes.
- What happens to my boards after the trial?
- They stay. The layout, named boards, watchlist, notes, chart drawings and alarms live in the account rather than in the browser, and survive both the end of the trial and a change of computer.
- How does Max differ from Pro?
- By one thing: chat. Every exchange, every kind of signal and every board are identical on both — it is a single field of difference in a shared table, not two different builds.
- Is there auto-renewal?
- No. One payment buys 30 days, and nothing charges itself when they run out. Paying for Pro while on Max extends Max rather than demoting you.
- Do signals arrive in Telegram?
- Telegram is how you can sign in — the product has a bot that lets you in without a password. The signal feed itself lives in the app: it updates one item at a time in real time, and a messenger is not built for that kind of stream.
- Why are there no live prices on these pages?
- Because showing an invented market is pointless and a real one costs money and starts after you sign in. The public pages carry no quotes, no signals and no counters — only a description of what the product does.
- Does the product give trading advice?
- No. It shows what happened on an exchange, with a price, a size and a time you can check it against. What to do about it is the reader’s decision, and the product does not pretend to know it.
